The 2025–2035 Québec Infrastructure Plan includes $164B in investments over ten years. These funds will support the construction, maintenance, and modernization of public infrastructure across several sectors, including healthcare, education, transportation, and government buildings.
Today, modernizing a building is no longer just about walls, mechanical systems, or workspaces. Buildings must also be ready to support digital needs: wired networks, Wi-Fi, fibre optics, cameras, audiovisual systems, access control, and telecom rooms. Every renovation or construction project is therefore an opportunity to plan infrastructure that is more reliable, more flexible, and better adapted to future uses.
